FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION
Every week, KLFY’s Gerald Gruenig brings Acadiana’s best restaurants to you on Acadiana Eats. Now it’s your chance to go to all the restaurants at once — in one free event. Allons manger, Acadiana!

The second annual Acadiana Eats Festival is set for Saturday, Oct. 28th at West Village Development in Scott, LA. The event will feature food vendors, pop-up vendors, live events and fun for kids, too!

Fill out your application now for a chance to become a food vendor for this years event!

Food vendors who are Approved for this event will be required to pay a Booth Fee of $500.00 this fee includes the following:

SE TEAM TO PROVIDE:
​
· 10x10 Tent
· 1 power circuit with 30amps (you must provide your own extension cords and adaptors)
· You will have access to water. (You must provide your own water hose)
· A banner menu sign above your tent. (Other banners will NOT be allowed to be displayed)
· An 8-foot table to be used as your booth’s front counter.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:

You must provide at least 500 portions.

You must provide 1 menu item for a flat fee of $10.00 (Your menu item to be approved by event committee)

You are not allowed to sell beverages, desserts or sides.

Provide your own extension cords (min. 50 ft recommended) and adaptors.

Provide your own staffing, equipment and necessary supplies.

Grease ground protection.

You must provide a fire exstinguisher under your tent.

Provide your own equipment and operational supplies.

Register, cash box and change.

Bring your serve-safe certificate.

Bring your proof of insurance.

This is a Food Vendor Application. Submiting this application does not guarantee you a spot as a food vendor. Unfortunately, we cannot accept everyone who applies as we are limited on the amount of food vendors we can accept for this event.
