ACADIANA EATS FESTIVAL FOOD Vendors apply here!

Acadiana Eats Festival showcases establishments that have been featured on the Acadiana Eats segment only!

 

Only food vendors that fit the above criteria may apply. Submitting this application does not guarantee you a spot as a vendor.

 

Registration for this event will require a Registration Fee of $500.00 that covers vendors attendance.

Serving container will be provided to all vendors. Half-size, 2 compartment clamshell Styrofoam to-go box as shown in the picture. Must use the container provided.

Menu item being offered must be priced between $5 and $12. Your serving size can be adjusted according to your chosen price point.

Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the Registration Fee. Your participation is only confirmed once payment is received. After payment is received, a SE team member will contact you via email with further instructions for the event.

SE will provide you with:

  • 10X10 Tent space

  • Light(s)

  • Tables(s)

  • Access to limited power will be available on site

  • Serving plate

​

Food  Vendors are required to be fully self-sufficient, please provide your own:

  • Sanitary prep area

  • Staff

  • POS and cash bank

  • Extension Cord(s) (min 100ft recommended)

​

3. Vendor Regulations and processes:

  • No Beverage sales allowed

  • No Alcohol sales allowed

  • No loud generators allowed​
