For the first time, two of Acadiana’s most beloved culinary celebrations, the Acadiana Po’Boy Festival and the Plate Lunch Festival, are joining forces to create the ultimate food lover’s experience.

Celebrate Cajun Culture Through Food. This festival isn’t just about eating; it’s a taste of Acadiana’s soul. Where po’boys and plate lunches meet community tradition, it’s an all-day experience that celebrates the region’s heritage, flavor, and togetherness.

We’re inviting select pop-up vendors to join us in serving up local flavors, fun, and community spirit to thousands of hungry festival-goers. As a vendor, you’ll gain exposure to a wide audience, keep 100% of your sales, and play a key role in one of Acadiana’s most anticipated fall festivals.

Pop-up Vendor Rules & Regulations

To ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for both vendors and attendees, please review the following requirements before applying:

$250 Registration Fee (Regular $500 Registration Fee, That's Half Off!!)
Vendors keep 100% of their sales
Vendors are required to prepare a minimum of 500 small portions
Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the registration fee
- Participation is only confirmed once payment is received
- After payment, a Serving Good Vibes team member will follow up with event details

Event Guidelines:

Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.
Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.
Vendors are required to be fully self-sufficient, meaning please bring your own set-up, including:
- 10X10 Tent
- Light(s)
- Tables(s) & Chair(s)
- Staff
- Ability to accept Cash and Credit Card payments
- Extension Cord(s) (min 50ft recommended)
  - Access to limited power will be available on site
Vendor Regulations:
- ❌ No beverage sales allowed
- ❌ No alcohol sales allowed
- ❌ No loud generators
- ✅ Vendors that are selected will receive full event instructions a minimum of 10 days prior to the festival
