Sugar Jam Pop-up Vendor Sign-Up

Sugar Jam is a signature concert series that celebrates the heartbeat of Youngsville and the culture of Acadiana.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Sugar Mill Pond, this free, family-friendly event unites neighbors, friends, and visitors for evenings filled with live music, food, and connection.

What began as a neighborhood gathering has grown into a powerful driver of cultural and economic vitality for Youngsville. Sugar Jam not only shines a spotlight on local and regional artists but also boosts small businesses, fuels tourism, and positions Sugar Mill Pond as a destination for community and commerce. Each event creates ripple effects, bringing new energy to restaurants, retailers, and local entrepreneurs while enhancing Youngsville’s reputation as one of Acadiana’s fastest-growing cities.

More than just a concert, Sugar Jam has become a tradition, a place where culture, commerce, and community meet. It’s where Acadiana gathers to celebrate its rich musical heritage, its entrepreneurial spirit, and its bright future.

We’re inviting select pop-up vendors to join us in serving up local specialties, fun, and community spirit to Sugar Jam-goers. As a vendor, you’ll gain exposure to a wide audience, keep 100% of your sales, and play a key role in one of Acadiana’s fastest-growing celebrations.

Sugar Jam Pop-up Vendor Rules & Regulations

To ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for both vendors and attendees, please review the following requirements before applying:

  • $50 Registration Fee per Sugar Jam Event

  • Vendors keep 100% of their sales

  • Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the registration fee

    • Participation is only confirmed once payment is received

    • After payment, a Social Entertainment team member will follow up with event details

Event Guidelines:

  1. Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.

  2. Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.

  3. Self-Sufficiency: Vendors must bring their own setup, including:

    • 10' x 10' Tent

    • Lights

    • Tables & Chairs

    • Extension Cords (50 ft. minimum recommended)

    • Cooking/serving equipment and utensils

    • Staff

    • Cash and credit card payment capabilities

    • Any other items required for operations

  4. Vendor Regulations:

    • ❌ No beverage sales allowed

    • ❌ No alcohol sales allowed

    • ❌ No loud generators

    • ✅ Vendors will receive full event instructions a minimum of 10 days prior to the festival

Space is limited, and not all applicants can be accommodated.
