Set against the scenic backdrop of Sugar Mill Pond, this free, family-friendly event unites neighbors, friends, and visitors for evenings filled with live music, food, and connection.

Sugar Jam Pop-up Vendor Rules & Regulations
To ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for both vendors and attendees, please review the following requirements before applying:

$50 Registration Fee per Sugar Jam Event

Vendors keep 100% of their sales

Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the registration fee

Participation is only confirmed once payment is received

After payment, a Social Entertainment team member will follow up with event details

Event Guidelines:

Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.

Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.

Self-Sufficiency: Vendors must bring their own setup, including:

10' x 10' Tent

Lights

Tables & Chairs

Extension Cords (50 ft. minimum recommended)

Cooking/serving equipment and utensils

Staff

Cash and credit card payment capabilities

Any other items required for operations

Vendor Regulations:
