Village Beats Food Vendor Sign-Up
Village Beats launched as a bold new neighborhood concert concept, and the 2025 Pilot Show proved it’s officially here to stay. The debut event was a standout success, bringing together live music, local flavor, and genuine community connection in a vibrant, open-air setting. Set against the charm of the West Village, the pilot delivered a high-energy yet intimate experience featuring a compelling mix of national touring artists, regional favorites, and local vendors. Neighbors showed up, the vibes were right, and the demand was undeniable.
What began as a pilot has now sparked momentum. Village Beats is evolving into a recurring concert series, with plans to expand into multiple shows in 2026 and beyond.
As the series grows, we’re inviting select food vendors to be part of this next chapter. Vendors will have the opportunity to serve local flavors to engaged, music-loving crowds, keep 100% of their sales, and play an integral role in shaping one of Acadiana’s fastest-rising live event brands.
Village Beats Food Vendor Rules & Regulations
Event Guidelines:

Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.

Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.

Self-Sufficiency: Vendors must bring their own setup, including:

10' x 10' Tent

Lights
-
Tables & Chairs
-
Extension Cords (50 ft. minimum recommended)

Cooking/serving equipment and utensils

Staff
-
Cash and credit card payment capabilities

Any other items required for operations

Vendor Regulations:

✅ Vendors will receive full event instructions a minimum of 10 days prior to the festival
