Village Beats Pop-up Vendor Application

Village Beats debuted in 2025 as a pilot concert experience, and the response made one thing clear: this concept resonates. The inaugural show successfully blended live music, community energy, and curated local experiences, transforming the West Village into a vibrant, open-air gathering space. From the atmosphere to the turnout, the pilot confirmed Village Beats as a platform with serious momentum and room to grow.

With plans to expand into a multi-show concert series in 2026 and beyond, Village Beats is becoming a signature community-driven music experience for Acadiana, and pop-up vendors are a key part of that vision. Each event is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and discoverable, making it the perfect environment for brands, makers, and creatives to connect directly with an engaged audience.

We’re inviting select pop-up vendors to join future Village Beats events. As a pop-up vendor, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse, experience-seeking crowd, keep 100% of your sales, and align your brand with one of Acadiana’s fastest-growing live event concepts.

Village Beats Pop-up Vendor Rules & Regulations

Event Guidelines:

Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.
Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.
Self-Sufficiency: Vendors must bring their own setup, including:
- 10' x 10' Tent
- Lights
- Tables & Chairs
- Extension Cords (50 ft. minimum recommended)
- Cooking/serving equipment and utensils
- Staff
- Cash and credit card payment capabilities
- Any other items required for operations
Vendor Regulations:
- ❌ No beverage sales allowed
- ❌ No alcohol sales allowed
- ❌ No loud generators
- ✅ Vendors will receive full event instructions a minimum of 10 days prior to the festival

$75 Registration Fee
Vendors keep 100% of their sales
Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the registration fee
- Participation is only confirmed once payment is received
- After payment, a Social Entertainment team member will follow up with event details
