Acadiana Eats Festival V, presented by Eat Lafayette and hosted by Serving Good Vibes, returns on Friday, October 23rd, 2026, from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM & Saturday, October 24th, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM at West Village in Scott, LA. This free-to-attend, family-friendly event showcases Acadiana’s best restaurants and eateries as featured on KLFY’s Acadiana Eats with Gerald Gruenig.

We’re inviting select food vendors to join us in serving up local flavors, fun, and community spirit to thousands of hungry festival-goers. As a vendor, you’ll gain exposure to a wide audience, keep 100% of your sales, and play a key role in one of Acadiana’s most anticipated fall festivals.

Food Vendor Rules & Regulations
To ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for both vendors and attendees, please review the following requirements before applying:

$500 Registration Fee

500 plates will be provided per vendor
-
Vendors keep 100% of their sales

Tent, serving table, and menu signage are provided
-
Vendors are required to prepare a minimum of 500 small portions

Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the registration fee

Participation is only confirmed once payment is received

After payment, a Serving Good Vibes team member will follow up with event details

Event Guidelines:

Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.

Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.

Self-Sufficiency: Vendors must bring their own setup, including:

Cooking/serving equipment and utensils

Staff
-
Cash and credit card payment capabilities

Any other items required for operations

Vendor Regulations:

❌ No alcohol sales allowed

❌ No loud generators
