Village Beats is a new neighborhood concert series designed to bring live music, local flavors, and community spirit together in a vibrant open-air setting. Launching with our Pilot Show in 2025, Village Beats will feature a dynamic blend of national touring artists, regional talent, and local vendors, all set against the charming backdrop of the West Village. This intimate yet high-energy atmosphere creates a unique opportunity for neighbors, visitors, and businesses to connect.
Our vision extends beyond a single night of entertainment; Village Beats marks the beginning of a tradition. With plans to expand into a full concert series throughout 2025 and beyond, this event aims to be a signature experience for the Acadiana area.
We’re inviting select food vendors to join us in serving up local flavors, fun, and community spirit to hungry festival-goers. As a vendor, you’ll gain exposure to a wide audience, keep 100% of your sales, and play a key role in one of Acadiana’s newest traditions.

Village Beats Food Vendor Rules & Regulations
Event Guidelines:

Power Access: Limited on-site. No loud generators permitted.

Refund Policy: No refunds. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen events, organizers will work to secure a make-up date.

Self-Sufficiency: Vendors must bring their own setup, including:

10' x 10' Tent

Lights

Tables & Chairs
-
Extension Cords (50 ft. minimum recommended)

Cooking/serving equipment and utensils

Staff
-
Cash and credit card payment capabilities

Any other items required for operations

Vendor Regulations:

❌ No alcohol sales allowed

✅ Vendors will receive full event instructions a minimum of 10 days prior to the festival
