Are you a food truck, food trailer, or tent vendor in Lafayette, LA, or Acadiana looking to showcase your flavors at one of the region’s biggest events? Social Entertainment is always seeking passionate local food vendors to join our lineups for festivals, concerts, and community gatherings throughout Downtown Lafayette and Acadiana.
Our events bring thousands of hungry guests together to enjoy live music, local culture, and—of course—amazing food. From Cajun favorites and BBQ to international street food and sweet treats, we love highlighting the diverse flavors that make Acadiana a unique culinary destination.

Important Vendor Guidelines
Before applying, please review the requirements and policies below:

Registration & Confirmation

Approved vendors will receive an invoice for the registration fee.

Participation is only confirmed once payment is received.

After payment, a member of the SE Team will contact you with the next steps and event instructions.

Vendor Variety

Our festivals welcome a diverse range of pop-up vendors, offering everything from baked goods to arts and crafts.

We cannot guarantee exclusivity for any vendor, product, or service.

Refunds & Weather

No refunds are provided.

In case of cancellation due to weather, acts of nature, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work to secure a make-up date.

Vendor Set-Up (Self-Sufficient Requirement)
Vendors must provide their own setup, including:-
10x10 Tent

Lights

Tables & Chairs

Staff
-
Ability to accept cash and credit card payments

Extension Cords (50 ft. minimum recommended)

Limited on-site power will be available

Regulations & Restrictions
-
No food or beverage sales allowed without Social Entertainment approval

Absolutely no alcohol sales

No portable fans, A/Cs, or heaters allowed

No loud generators allowed

Vendors will receive detailed event instructions at least 10 days prior to the event
